Rothenburg Old Blacksmith Gerlachschmiede 2012
Franconie

The Gerlach blacksmith in "Rothenburg ob der Tauber" is the most famous house on the city wall in the street "Röderschütt" near the gate "Rödertor". Run due to the sharp gable, it is one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in Rothenburg. The crest is a creation of George Gerlach. The emblem and the name Gerlach blacksmith come from the 1950s. At that time the destroyed building (World War II in 1945) was rebuilt.
