Urphar sluice in winter 2013
Baden-Wuerttemberg

"Urphar" located 6km from Wertheim. The small town was first mentioned in the 8th Century. Urphar is known for one of the prettiest fortified churches in Franconia: the St. James Church. The sluice shown here is approximately halfway between Wertheim and Urphar.
